Your First Visit

When you walk in our door, Dani Abrahams will greet you. She’ll get you started with paperwork so we may learn about you and your health. To make your first visit more efficient, you may print out the necessary forms beforehand. To do so, click the links to the forms below.

Next, you’ll meet with Dr. Winchester. You’ll discuss your health concerns, problems, and goals. Dr. Winchester’s care differs from traditional medicine. To determine your level of health, Dr. Winchester analyzes your diet, the way you walk, bend, and move, and conducts muscle testing.

After your appointment, Dr. Winchester will suggest appropriate treatment. Many treatments start the same day. “I don’t suggest any treatment that I can’t do right then and there in my office,” says Dr. Winchester. If you have time, the doctor may suggest a spinal adjustment or ionic cleansing footbath on your first visit.

When you check out, Dani will set you up with nutritional supplements or a follow-up appointment. From there, you’re on your way to a healthier, more comfortable life.
